Junvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk: Houston, TX Event Photographer
I'm posting these images a little late, but I really wanted to show how big of an event the JDRF's walk is for those that do not know. I also wanted to commend all of the people who put this event on and volunteer every year!
I was really excited to shoot this on a very cold November morning. Before the walk even started the foundation had already raised $1 million dollars! I felt very honored to be there and happy to have been asked to take part!

What i'm thankful for
I don't feel very inspired to write today, so instead I will make a list of the things I am thankful for.
*My daughter and her smiling face.
*My daughter and her serious face.
*The time I get to spend with my daughter.
*Having a career that lets me spend a substantial amount of time with my daughter.
*Lessons learned from my 3 year old daughter.
*Having a career that I truly enjoy.
*Not having a boss.
*My independence.
*My friends and family.
*Having the same friends since childhood.
-Now for the superficial!
*Good food
*Bubble iced coffee
*Skinnygirl margarita
*Jeggings
*Apple
*Sharpie pens
*Viktor Rolf-Flowerbomb!
*WII Just Dance
Lastly, I am truly thankful for having such a smart, happy, sensitive, and eager to learn child. I can't wait for the adventures ahead and discovering new things to be thankful for!
Happy Thanksgiving!

The Reserves at the Fountains: Houston, TX Apartment Photographer
I was so excited when I got the opportunity to shoot something other than people- not that there is something wrong with people, but getting people to smile and pose naturally can get hard sometimes. It was nice to get away from that and try my hand at something different. I hope this is the start of something new for me! My dream, however, is to do food photography! Know of a chef interested in writing a book?

Gabriel: Friendswood, TX Children's Photographer
I haven't posted in a while because i've been spending lots of time with Maya! I do have tons of pictures to post from our vacation to California and Arizona, but I find myself wanting to spend less time in front of the computer. Can you forgive me? I have a three year old that is growing up so fast and I don't want to miss a thing!
Here are some images from a shoot I did in August. This handsome little guy is Gabriel. His mother and I went to high school together and reconnected through Facebook! I had a great time capturing his many expressions and following him all around! Enjoy!
